i think it was
a gorilla
i went to the future
i told him
i said
they're coming
they're coming
with their ice cream
and butterflies
and you know what
they're gonna do

neither do i
then the gorilla turned
away
he waved his feathered tail
at me as he walked away
his feathers are so pretty
shiney
then i went home
when i got home i wanted
a cookie
i don't know why
something about sweets
so i got a cookie
but i was upset
cuz it didn't have any
feathers
