why do i do this to myself?
my first answer is that it's fun. i like doing this to myself.
then i think of how badly i'm treating myself. i'm killing myself over experiences.
and the one i'm supposed to choose and call my own is the one who gives me this poison, that fuels my already natural tendencies of laziness.
